The most important step is to educate and arm yourself with real scientific facts. This website, book, or one of our live seminars is a great place to start. Our number one goal is to make sure you understand the basics of Nutritional programming which include; Your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate – the exact amount of calories you need in a 24 hour period) expanded to include your TDEE (Total daily energy expenditure) which are your exact nutritional requirements that are as unique as your individual thumb print. Some of the other concepts addressed in the “Caloric Responsibility” book are; Nutrient timing (when to eat), proper Macro-nutrient ratios (The percentage of PRO (protein) vs. CHO (carbohydrates), vs. Fats. What to eat (low glycemic index foods to ensure stable energy levels), and how to prepare your meal plan to help ensure consistent weight loss.
